One of the best hostels of my trip! The staff was super friendly and helpful, always willing to assist and provide local knowledge. The hostel was very clean and had two well-equipped kitchens, hot showers, and comfy bunk beds. The chill-out area with a great view of the town and valley was amazing. Plus, they had beds for people arriving on the night bus who needed a nap before check-in - such a thoughtful touch!
I wish there were more hammocks available as it was a bit of a challenge to snag one for myself. the bed was a little hard.

Comfortable accommodation with free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The bright and welcoming room was equipped with a fan and a private bathroom. During my stay, I had the pleasure of relaxing on the terrace with a garden and seating area. It felt like having my own little oasis away from the bustling city.
Payment confusion on check-out.

The best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff and the great location. The hostel had a nice atmosphere and was conveniently located just a short walk away from the downtown area. One advantage that I enjoyed was the availability of free trips recommended by the staff, such as the great trip to Vale do Pati. Despite the drawbacks, the cost-benefit ratio of this hostel was decent and I would consider staying here again if cleanliness issues were addressed.
The worst aspect of my stay at this hostel was the lack of cleanliness. Upon arrival, the common areas were littered with trash and my room had dead insects on the bed and floor.

I had an amazing 2.5-week stay at this cozy hostel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, making me feel at home right away. The outdoor spaces were fantastic, with a great view of the mountains. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options including vegan choices. The hostel also organized excursions and provided sleeping bags and tents for camping trips. The rooms were cute and comfortable, with daily cleaning. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town center. The well-equipped kitchen and secure storage were also a plus. Highly recommended!
Couldn't recommend this hostel more.

The breakfast was good and there was a guy who gave me a lot of information about the area and where to go. I also liked that the room had a bathroom in it. the location was ideal, just a short walk away from the center and yet still quiet at night.
There were also bugs in the room, which made me think it was because of the smell. the night staff was rude when we came back at what they considered late, even though it was only 10pm.

The staff at the hostel is really nice and friendly, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. They are also very helpful, especially if you need assistance with anything. The hostel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the bus station and in a good area for exploring the surrounding area.
One downside is that the hostel can get quite loud at night, especially if other guests are being rowdy or if there are outside noises like dogs or roosters. This may not be ideal for those who are looking for a quieter and more peaceful environment.

We had a fantastic stay at the hostel. The private room was spacious and comfortable with a big ensuite bathroom. The vibe of the place was great and the design was cozy. The owner, Eric, was extremely helpful and provided us with valuable information about the area. The breakfast was amazing, probably the best I've ever had in a hostel. The hostel also had a travel agency that offered affordable tours to explore Chapada Diamantina. I highly recommend this hostel for backpackers and solo travelers.
The bed in the private room was a bit too soft and the price of accommodation should include towels.
